As soon as I get my plans as in the AI files, I bring it to the FabLab and use the laser cutting machine to print the pieces.
I choose 3mm plywood sheets to be the material of the template. The pieces all have serial numbers as is shown in the plans. Follow the numbers and interlock, then glue the template, I am ready to work on the aluminium sheets to make the shape.
